Description
Traverse City State Hospital, interior of kitchen, with a number of men in cooking whites posing for photograph. Floor is made of checkerboard stone. In front of men are long work tables, with some equipment obviously put on display for the photograph. Behind the men, hanging from the ceiling, are hoods for the stoves below. A man is standing in front of the two tables, he appears to be wearing chef's whites, and dark trousers. Image is made from the original glass plate negative, 2016.14.176, which is housed in the Glass Plate Negative Collection.
