Description

The Coller-Penberthy Medical Conference was created by Dr. Edwin L. Thirlby to bring the latest expertise to the Munson Medical staff in Traverse City, Michigan. The Conference was held at the Park Place Hotel for 2-3 days each July, and was repeated annually for many years. Local physicians and medical staff attended to discuss medical issues with doctors and professors from the University of Michigan and other medical facilities and educational institutions.
