it. Our capacity is 75.000 barrels per day. Regarding the price, it has been demonstrated by practical tests tbat oil at 60c
per barrel is equivalent to coal at S2.40 per ton: consequently, we can safely figure on getting 60 cents per barrel for our oil.
inasmuch as coal cannot be bought for less than S2.40 per ton in any market. In this connection we will state'lhat the Southeni Pacihe and &nu Fe are now changing all their locomotives from coal to oil, the Utter showing a saving of over Ss-Odo.ach year on the entire system.
