A BUSINESS CHANGE.
We take this method of announcing to the people of
Grand Traverse that, having purchased the stock and
business of Geo. F. Steven, and taken possession March
1st, we are now ready to receive and fill all orders.
The stock consisted of a general line of Groceries and
Provisions, Shelf Hardware, Crockery, &c., &c. We are
thoroughly overhauling the stock, shall add largely to it
and keep the assortments full with best goods.

Our goods will te sold at the lowest living
margins, giving customers full value for money
received in every case.
We start in with the purpose of building up a good,
sound business. We have grown up with the country,
and with a share of the patronage of the people of this re
gion we can gradually accomplish our purpose—benefit
ing our customers as well as being benefitted.
